So I am starting week 3 of my diet journal and so far its been going pretty good. Last week I missed my Thursday daily goals because I didn't work that day because I had new student orientation at the college. I also missed my weekly goals by 1 salad. (To be quite honest I am so SICK of salad!!!) So I didn't weigh in yesterday because I was really nervouse about what the scale would say. Last Monday's unofficial weigh in was 228.9 and today I weighed in at 226.4 which is my diet bet goal. So even though I didn't meet all my goals last week just meeting most of them I still managed to lose 2.5 pounds and reach my goal weight for this dietbet a week and a half early so needless to say I am stoked. Now I just have to maintain and hopefully lose another lb or2 so i have some wiggle room at the weigh in. I will go ahead and say I probably will not meet my salad goals this week because I just don't want a salad but with that being said I do still plan to stay away from starches which is my downfall. There is also a good possibility I will not meet all my exercise goals either just because this is the first week of me going back to school and 2 of my children also begin football this week. I guess this week i'm gonna do my best and hope for the best. For everyone struggling just keep it up. 3 weeks ago I had gained back half of what i lost in my last diet bet and never thought i would be where I am now. It's a journey that may take time but we can do it!! I am only 1.4 pounds away from my first personal mini goal and if I can make the mini goals they will add up to the big goal.
