I am 55 years old now and have bone spurs!  Can you believe that?! I hiked all last summer and didn't really lose much weight though I felt stronger.  But then I had hip pain and they are saying bone spurs/arthritis...  don't like that!  So I am continuing with WW and I decided to try this.  I'm hoping I can get a couple of my friends to join me so we can motivate each other.

I've often lost 10-12 pounds but always gain it back and now I am only down 6.  I would like to lose 40-50. 

I am really starting to like healthy foods and my husband is too.  I think it has hit us both that we are running out of time to get in shape so we can do the things we want in our future. So this time, I've got the extra support at home.  

Spaghetti squash with homemade spaghetti sauce was excellent yesterday and today for lunch. Trying to keep only healthy foods in the fridge and cabinets.

Pulling the elliptical out this weekend and signing up for swimming at the local pool.

That should do it!  Can't give up!

Not to mention pulling out the Autumn DVDs. And buying a new player so I can do it.  I know, no excuse but....  (Yes, I'm looking sheepish)
