Can you offer any hints/tips for those of us new folks? This is my first time and I've got 6.5 pounds to lose. When I signed up, it sounded definitely doable - now I'm not so sure! 

Should I be weighing myself every day or does that work against me (psychologically)? Should I try to lose as much weight as I can, as quickly as I can so that I don't 'run out of gas' at the end? Or, does that work against me psychologically too?

Help!!
