Most of my day was pretty healthy, but dinner was a challenge. Got together at my brother's house and, he brought in Italian entrees. I did the best I could, but it definitely wasn't low-cal. I skipped the pasta and had some chicken florentine and a salad. I split the entree with my mother. I managed to pass on dessert too. Hopefully, I did not cause too much damage to an otherwise healthy day. Does anyone have any tips for dealing with family celebrations and holidays?
