I have to get serious.  Luckily my friend has introduced me to this and I have been doing fair with the diet but need to amp up the exercise.  This is for me.  Not for anynone else.  I need to do it for my health so I can keep working, be with my kids and try to carve out a life for my newly divorced self.  My day consists of work, comeing home maybe cooking then retreating to my bedroom for tv and reading.  Some of this is ok, I do work hard, but some has to be tweaked a bit.
