A bit surprised that I had progress over the weekend.   I am going to "get serious" about it today through Wednesday and maintain a very restrictive diet.

Breakfast:

Yogurt (80 calories)

Coffee.  Lots of coffee....

Activity:

15 minute workout

Lunch:

Lemon/Dill Tuna (240 calories)

Dinner:

Small serving of meatloaf & mashed potatoes (240 calories)

Salad w/bacon bits and low cal/no fat zesty Italian (est 200 calories)

Activity:

30 minute workout
