For the 13th time this year I'm starting again. And that is ok. I've never truly succeeded, but I haven't failed yet either because...I have not given up. 
I had my third child last December and ever since then...well ever since I had my second child September of 2014 it's been a journey. I've teetered between 150-160 for years. The goal is to get down to 130. I was there 4-5 years ago. 
After saying "ok this week I am eating healthy." every other week, I really need to find it within myself to stay committed because I lose interest after week two when I don't see the results, or I get "busy" aka...I don't make time to stay committed. 
I bought a keto book. Keto Reset Diet. It was $30! So...I'm kind of invested now along with the diet bet investment. We also attend the YMCA and I love to go everyday. Not only because they watch my kids for two hours a day but because I need that alone time and surge of endorphins to feel good throughout the day. Now I need to focus on my diet AND getting enough sleep. SLEEP is huge and something I really don't get enough of. 

I really thrive on challenges, so I'm excited to do this. I love supporting others, but also thrive on competition.
