It has been a little while since I did a Diet Bet!   I normally don't use the scale.   I recently went to Wor'ds in London in Transformation makeover.   I want to work toward my goal body fat and get closer to my goal weight of around 150.   I am get so much closer.   I try to to create to large a caloric deficit so I preserve my muscle mass.   My amount of strength training I do slows the scale but the Transformer Diet Bet might be just the right fit!   Let's do this!   

I am going to do the weekly token weigh ins too!   I think the will be especially important during the holiday season.    I will be starting to work at a new gym soon and can't wait.   I will have some great new equipment to work with!
