Hi Everyone!

So as most of you know, I had a baby in April! After losing 50ish lbs a few years ago, I thought I would be able to jump right back onto the bandwagon and be in fighting shape soon after having Cole, and I just haven't been able to. I have all of the tools- thousands of workouts streaming to my tv thru Beachbody on Demand, my monthly auto ship of Shakeology- but sleep deprivation has caught up to me way more than I thought it would. I dont make my shake half of the time, and at night once the kids are sleeping I just go right to bed! But I'm not happy with the current state of affairs. Clothes are all way too tight, and I know that a big part of my sluggishness is the way I've been eating and that I haven't been exercising. 

 

So enter DietBet- I have found historically a little competition never hurt anyone! I invited anyone that I thought might be interested. The holidays tend to be the time where we REALLY stray, but its also a time where we want to look and feel out best because we are seeing friends and family that we don't normally see. Plus, I have vacations coming up in January and April, so I'd like to get the momentum started and KEEP it going! So we will weigh in shortly after Thanksgiving, and give it our all thru Christmas! I think this will be good for everyone! 

 

And while I use Beachbody programs, you don't have to! Do whatever works for you, whether its Weight Watchers, the local gym, whatever!
