
I did so well the first week with everything. Now the holiday effect is in full force, I gave in and had a few drinks. I knew this would be the one thing I would struggle with. On a glass half full (of beer) note I have been losing weight. I also finished the gym in my house! As I am shedding the pounds my body is not tightening up as I would like, so I am adding Insanity workouts to my weight lifting regiment. I already did two days of it…kicked my ass.
