I guess I have to Introduce Myself,

I am Matt, Much like Tim in Monty Python that is all you need, nay more than you need to know.  

In my profile I stated I need rules to fulfill this challenge.  Here are the Begining Rules:

1.  Water - at least 8 cups a day but let us be more scientific 8 cups but for every 10 pounds over your goal add one cup.

2.  Portion Control - 1400 calories

3. Cheat - if you walk 10,000 steps one candy bar

4. Weigh in frequently
