I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired of all the promises out there to lose weight without trying. We all know it isn't that easy or else we'd all be thin by now. No, it's going to take hard work. Well, I like a good bet too. I think we can make it.
I want to lose 4% of my body weight in four weeks and I'm committed to it. What have I done? I've stopped drinking alcohol, which over Christmas I think is a challenge all on its own. But along with that, I'm going to be going to the gym a minimum three times a week.
It's time to take care of ourselves. To live longer, to feel better, and to stop avoiding mirrors. I'm doing it 4% at a time. Won't you join with me and let's do this together, have a few laughs, stay motivated and most importantly, feel good about ourselves as we lose the ball and chain that's been around our wasit for far too long.
