So far my strategy has been less than 2500 calories per day with a minimum of 3 days exercise. My daily fitbit goal is 7,500 steps. 

I have had success so far with a weight loss of approx 15lbs. I know that it is going to get harder as I go into a Transformer game, but I feel pretty confident. 

Im curious what others are doing for the diet portion. I am just trying to keep the calories down and eating healthy items. My biggest hurdle is beer!
