My weighloss has always been a struggle.. I do good for a week then I fall off track, then I get back up and fall again... I need that extra mile to keep my butt going..... I need to kick this weight... it isn't healthy for me, my knees, my back.... I'm 42 years old feel like I'm 100... I've feel and active the truck that hit should have killed me and but it  didnt so I am to prove that I can and I will do this.....  I want as many of you to join me... let's  do this
