My Journey started almost 17 years ago when I was 18 and my weight was 205 pounds, for a 5´3 girl it was too much, however after looking at my freshman collegue pictures I felt so depressed and sad, so that motivated me to change my life, I did it without any guidance, just worked my butt off at the gym and I reduced my meal portions. I did it alone because nobody was as entusiastic as me when it came to going to the gym or exercising in general, but I wasn´t going to let that stop me.

When I was 24 I reached my lowest weight, it was 155 pounds, it felt great, but over the years I stopped caring that much about my weight and I gained it again, not all of it but I reached 180 pounds by 2016, last year I started swimming and lost 10 pounds, but now at almost 35 years old, I want to reach 145, this is my goal, I want to get pregnant this year (around July) so I have to be the same girl that woke up at 4:30 am to go to the gym no matter the weather or the injuries. I know I can do it, but I know my will power it´s just not the same, this is why I´m joining this wonderful team, because I know I will get the support that I might need when my will power fails.
