So work is tiring, husband on business trip, 3 kids want dinner. Challenging myself to stay on plan this evening instead of ......well we all know what a binge looks like! Sipping some tea, making Turkey vegetable soup, and I have peaches and Greek yogurt planned for a dessert if I need it. Worst case snack attack I have microwave popcorn.  Kind of bummed I missed my after work workout, but am optimistic that the thought of losing pounds and winning $ will keep me on track.
