Hi, I have been on low carb for 3 months now. I lost 14 pounds in 2 months, and then the month of December and tons of Christmas dinners and birthday dinners derailed me a little, I gained a few but lost it back, and am back on the train again. My doctor told me that I am the most weight resistant person he has ever met, lol. I exercise 4/5 times a week, and am more active now at 55 than I ever have been in my life, and eat way healthier, yet the weight just clings to me like crazy. Hormones play a huge role, I am in full force menopause for about 4 years now. I am going on a cruise on February 20th, and would love to lose 10 more pounds by then, so why not have a challenge?! I don't expect to win, but I think this will be fun. It's on people!
