Today has been a okay start to my dietbet...I did not over eat today which is a success but since we had company in all weekend we weren't ready for today with our food. Therefore it was not the best day for me.

 

Breakfast: 5 Perogies
Snack: 2 small yogurts and an apple
Lunch (at 3pm): A cinnamon Raisin Bagel with Butter
Snack: Almonds
Dinner: 4 slices of pizza

So as you can see today was not good...but tomorrow is a new day and I have a salad ready for lunch tomorrow and were having tofu spaghetti for dinner. Therefore tomorrow is already looking to be a better day! 

My plan for this week was to go to the gym every day at lunch but today didn't not happen since I had too much work to do. So tomorrow I have a friend waiting for me to join them at lunch, and if the day is going okay I might take a 2 hour lunch! Will see how tomorrow goes!

On the plus side, I have drank 4 bottles of water so I am happy about that. I am guessing that if I had not I would have over eaten today.
