I can remember being excited when I got my weight down to 170lbs... back in the 10th grade. Sadly, that was my lowest and it only went up from there. Between university, poor diet, lack of exercise, a husband who loves his carbs and sweets, and two beautiful baby boys, I'm now in my 30s and my weight was up to 260 going into 2018. My end goal is 160/165lbs and have the energy to keep up with my growing boys who have an endless supply of energy.
