So you've tried, tried, tried again, but just can't get traction...

Well, congratulations! You're still trying! You're no quitter and success is in your future.

Let's focus on getting that traction to move forward instead of spinning your wheels.

You know what to do:

Know your "WHY". Write it out. What will it look like, feel like, how will you think and act differently when you get to your goal weight? How will it feel to stay at your goal weight? What are the benefits you'll enjoy? What will you gain by destroying excess pounds? Create short videos for you to enjoy of your best self at your healthiest weight to play in your mind. Corny, but why not? You've got downtime, right?

Know your "HOW". What plan will you follow? Plan out your day. Plan out how you'll fuel your body before the day begins. Remove as many variables as you can. Plan ahead and stick to it, even if its not what sounds good, you've committed to fuel your body for success, not for a fleeting taste. Know how you'll move more. Make small changes at first, but quickly begin to challenge yourself and see what you can accomplish!

Know "IS IT WORTH IT"?

Well,  Will following your HOW for a period of time be worth* getting to your WHY? If so, then let's begin. If not, what's the alternative? You've got choices. You can choose to follow this dream, this very achieveable dream of yours that will make you feel amazing and accomplished, and give you energy and confidence and a better quality of life for longer..., or you can choose to avoid the sacrifices that will inevitably be required, the momentary discomforts as you avoid temptations as you achieve success. You can choose to stay stuck in the cycle of self loathing, guilt, and shame. But that's just me. Maybe you have a healthier outlook, good for you!

I know my Why, my How, and I KNOW it will be worth it!!

Trying again, but with a brand new mindset. Release the past. This is your future. Step forward, don't look back...you're not going that way.
