Yesterday I pulled out my Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds video for the first time in over two years. 
I did the one mile walk and was puffing on my inhaler like mad afterwards. 
I was made very aware just how out of shape I am. 

But today.... I put the video in again, and I pushed through the one mile, and did 2.5! I may not be able to hit the 2.5. or the 3 each day, but I'm up, and I'm moving, and I'm hell bent on making myself less sedentary! I'm hell bent on getting healthier. 

Each day.. I'm getting better and better!
