I initially didn't want to do this because, well I don't want to fail. But, my goal during these 4 weeks is to workout at least 4-5 times a week and get my endurance back. And to stop the mindless snacking late at night. I also want to cut back on sugar, eat more real food, drink way, WAY morew water and just move more.
I lost weight from surgery 2 months ago, and I need to get fit and maintain weighloss....but while building muscle. SO that's my REAL goals.
Of course, losing 4% of my weight would be so nice, too!
So here we go!
