Hello everyone,

 

My name is Lorraine and this is my first diet bet.  Back in July of 2016 I weight 235.  I went down to 187 by January of 2017.  Maintained it for a while and then neglected myself and I am back up to 203.  I need to start taking care of myself and I need to lose some weight.  My goal weight is 150.

My problem is that I have no motivation.  None.  I have joined programs that I paid for.  They send me daily emails with workouts and I don't do them.  I go home and lay on the sofa and watch TV.  I need something that will get me off that sofa and working out. 

I want to workout, I like to workout!  I just need something and I don't know what that is that will motivate me to work out.
