This past weekend and leading into this week have been crazy pendulum swinging times. My diet has been bad as far as bingeing and getting too many carbs and too much sodium, but my exercise has been through the roof with hand-tilling and digging and pulling landscaping fabric that has been there for five years. So, I'm definitely getting my workouts in. But I'm showing a gain on the scale and that's 10000000000% my diet. Due to my severe lactose intolerance, any dairy (pills or not) causes me to swell like it's going out of style. Sodium does the same thing. BOTH of which reflect on the scale. ADD to that my poor choices and it results in a gain. I still have time to win this dietbet. But it will be through diligence only. No room for error right now.
