This is not my first go around with dieting. Is it anyones? I dont follow a real plan. I follow the "make good choices and move your butt" plan. Of course, I don't always make good choices (in fact, I dont OFTEN make good choices), and as of late, I really have to push myself to move my butt. I love zumba/dance fitness. Last year I was a regular at zumba class. Going usually 3 times a week and walking/running in between. I followed a pretty good healthy eating plan, splurging on the weekends. Then I bought a new house and had a lot of things weighing me down (quite literally actually) and got out of the healthy lifestyle. As we all know, once you drop out of it, it's very difficult to get back in. So here I am, trying to bribe myself back into it! I just pushed myself through an hour of dance fitness and I struggled. It's hard for me to struggle through this as I was so confident in it just months ago!! I wanted to quit so bad. My self-loathing was really getting the best of me, but I powered through. I am proud of myself and hope that I will keep it up to get where I need to be, not only to win, but to feel better for me.

You go girl! I hear ya! I went to body combat religiously! Then life got in the way. I was traveling with my new job then got prego (was a very good thing, love my little man)! Then I gained all my weight back and tried to get motivated by going to my classes (body-combat) then got discouraged when I felt the trainers looked down at me instead of trying to motivate me to keep coming. Then I told myself I go to the gym for me not them! Screw what they think! lol
