Let me start by asking myself, how many times have you tried to quick fix your weight? The answer to that is so many it hurts. I started over a year ago "loosing weight" and since that time have put on 12kg!!! My yoyo dieting and quick fix shakes, help me out by loosing 2-3 kg. But then I put it back on and then some!

Its time to end that vicious cycle. Look after myself. Mind body and soul. Eat the food I need. And that my body loves. Skip factory made foods. And welcome good ol H2O!

I will loose all the weight I have put on. Starting with this challenge. I will hold myself accountable like never before. And I will love myself for it!
