I felt embarassed. Im not one to shy away from pictures, but when I did the initial weigh in tonight, I couldn't help but feel a little sad. Instead of focusing on the state that my body was in, I focused on the good things I did for it today. Im following a keto diet and I have been on track for today. I feel that I dont have enough food, and thats when I realised after finishing my extremely long cucumber, that I bought a bunch of pork rinds for nights like these.

I'm feeling excited to play this game with my friend Sara. I hope I develop better eating habits, and learning how to cope when I want to stress or binge eat.
