Hell, my first post, I am starting this blog to monitor my progess throughout the next month while I am competing my first game. Currently I weight about 2000 lbs and at 5’8” tall.

I have struggled with weight issues and lack of fitness ever since I graduated university. Now that I am 35 I feel like I need to take some drastic actions to ensure I get control of my health and fitness. Since I do love money, this website is perfect for me. For the last 2 weeks or so I have been eating well and also doing cardo pretty much everyday. I did elipticals for 30 mins yesterday, almost 3 miles. I have also started biking as well.

So far today, I have had 2 bananas, 2 oranges, baked fish for lunch and almonds. I have also drank 3 liters of water. I will go to the gym tonite and will work on the upper body.
