Temporarily achieved the goal.  Today will be a wash since I have after-hours activities this evening.  I'll eat relatively normal for the next few days after that, perhaps add some more activity and then do the restrictive diet again next Mon-Wed.  That should put me solidly at my goal by mid-week next week.
