Four active days last week. Managed to steer clear of a lot of alcohol until the weekend. Weekends are my downfall. Too much to drink + lack of activity = lost some ground in weight loss. HOWEVER, I am seeing some results in my strength and tone. My clothes look a little bit better and I feel a little bit stronger. Hoping to up it to 5 days of activity this week.
