Ok my food has been on point so far today, I usually do very well at work because everthing is structured my goal tonight is to eat clean and get an additional 30 minutes of cardio before bed.  I have already completed a full body weight workout during lunch.  I'm doing the Militia 30-minute workout that I found on bodybuilding.com.  There is a lot of resources there such as workouts, recipes, and much much more.  Good luck to everyone.
