I love technology and my scale is hi-tech! I have the FitBit Aria scale. The awesome thing about this scale is, you weigh yourself one time and your scale syncs with your fitbit account. After you weigh yourself, it gives your initials afterwards to confirm it's you.
It's been awhile since I've weighed myself and in that time, I've gained enough weight my scale doesn't recognize me, it thinks I'm a guest.
Yeah, it's time to lose some weight and get healthy!
