I have lost over 20 lbs in 2ish months and I was eating a high carb bedtime snack, around 8:40-9pm. Sometimes it would be a protein mug cake or pancakes or whatever I could fit into my plan at the end of the day and I would wake up lean the next morning. I know a lot of people fear eating too late because it has been ingrained in us that eating late packs on the pounds, that's false. What packs on the pounds is being in a caloric surplus.
