So I found this Diet Bet Challenge through Jamie (The Very Worst Missionary) on her facebook page. I am already doing Month 2 of Insanity so I figured I would lose the weight anyways, might as well win something for it!

Unfortunately yesterday I sliced open my finger and now hve it all stitched up. Can't really put pressure on it without pain shooting through my fingertip, but I think I can still workout as long as I redistribute my weight and do the Insanity movements a little bit more slowly so I am careful with my hand.

For this challenge I've cut out alcohol and desserts. I know that it is possible to lose weight while eating dessert and drinking alcohol in moderation, but I just don't want to worry about it. Plus desserts and alcohol are incredibly expensive here so it will also benefit my wallet. I don't even drink a lot but alcohol slows down your metabolism and well...2 drinks can be like 300 calories! So I want to avoid that. Desserts though...I am an addict. People who have self control with desserts are my heroes, haha. 

Yeah these are just ramblings. I'm going to go do a day of Blogilates workouts to subsitute for Max Cardio Recovery and then I will get back on my Insanity game tomorrow. :)

 

I hope everyone is doing well with this challenge!! Eat if you are hungry! Please do not deprive yourselves, just make healthy choices!! I eat 1800-2000 calories a day because our bodies need FUEL. :D
