A bit surprised at this morning's results.  I'll try to offset be more restrictive this weekend.  We'll see how THAT goes!!

Breakfast:

Yogurt

Small amount of "Cinnamon Toast Crunch" (I know....)

Lunch:

Tuna

A few rice cakes

Dinner:

Single piece pepperoni pizza

Snack:

Chicken Noodle Soup

Activity:

25 minute workout before bed.  I didn't feel like doing it, but glad I did!
