Everyday I wake up and say "Keep going"  It's been rewarding to be walking everyday and I'm realizing how important it is to make this time for my health.  The benfits of eating healthy and excercising are starting to really kick in.  I have more energy during the day, and have been sleeping better at night.  I'm down almost 7 lbs! woohoo!  Being gentle and encouraging myself mentally seems to be just what I need right now.
