So I had a really rough week emotionally.  I'm glad that this did not cause me to eat outside my food plan.  I was active except for yesterday when I was so busy with work that I couldn't do my regular routine.  It's amazing how few steps you take when you're busy.  Today I went to the gym but I'm finding that one hour isn't enough.  It take me about 2 hours of activity to really hit all the goals.  I can do all that easily on the weekends.  I know that I have to step up my activity level.  I'll be working harder to get in more exercise.
