Proactively planning my meals makes everything else fall into place for me.  I enjoyed cocktails a few times this past week.  So, now I am going to enjoy my water for a couple of days and put my nose to the grindstone to make sure I stay over 100% on my Weigh-In this week for Tony's Comeback Challenge.
