I went on the scale and felt empowered. I didn't lose 10 pounds or even 1 pound since my last weigh in (then again I'm addicted to the scale since I've lost 20 pounds). I feel empowered because I lost .6 lbs since yesterday. It's a small change but it's better than gaining .6 pounds.

I made goals for myself for weight loss:

Current weight: 240.2 *started my weight loss journey at 260 lbs*

2014
October 14th (last day of challenge): 233.1
Halloween: 225.6
Thanksgiving: 215.6
Christmas: 205.2

2015
My 21st birthday (January): 203.1
Valentine's Day: 188.1
St. Patty's Day: 175.6
April Fool's Day: 170.6
May Day: 160 (Goal Weight)
Mother's Day: 158.1

First Day of Summer: 143.1
Fouth of July: 140 (Ultimate Goal Weight)

Will it be easy? Absolutely not. Is it possible? Hell yeah. I WILL lose wight and look good. I WILL make everyone who refered to me as "the fat chick" or "fat ass" eat their words. I WILL prove those people wrong who said "she will never be skinny/hot/ect".WILL look amazing in anything. I WILL leave the plus sizes once and for all.

Most of all.... I WILL be healthy and strong. I WILL have a healthier future. I WILL save myself from additional medical problems from obesity and from being fat. I WILL be healthy for myself, and my future family that I want when I'm ready.

I can do this and I know you can too.

Things I'm grateful for:
1. My tea bags I have that have positive messages on them (today's was: The purpose of life is to enjoy every moment)
2. Fall time. I love fall. I love the leaves changing color and apple picking season. I love Halloween and Thanksgiving. I love Halloween movies and cuddling up in the cooler weather with a good book.
3. Scented candles. My goodness do I love scented candles. Lighting up a scented candle and enjoying the aroma in the morning while sipping my tea makes me feel relaxed and makes me feel like there's no problems in the world for once!

Stay strong and keep up the good work friends! Good luck to all of you!
