Today is day two of the bet game.  Stepped on the scale in the same attire as yesterday and discovered I lost 2 pounds already.  I did make some changes in my foods and how I am eating it.  I portion my healthy lunches to bring to work.  I eat a healthy breakfast and still can drink my cup of coffee with cream.  Instead of sugar in my coffee I use honey.  I eat a small snack two times a day between breakfast and supper time.  I make lunch my bigger meal and  supper the lighter meal so I have time to burn calories and fat.  I also drink lots of water. ... bathroom breaks a plenty lol

I am going to exercise daily,  but  only three days will be the heavy workout sessions. The other 4 is just about 5 to 10 minutes to break a sweat and get my heart a pumping.  I know I can do this.  I feel energized,  pumped, excited.
