Well, I am going to do this!  I was an avid crossfitter for 4 1/2 years and had to quit last Feb due to injuries...and my gym dynamic changed a lot, so I wasn't getting what I used to out of it.  BUT with all of the time off for injuries, I have gained about 15 pounds and am not feeling good about myself.  Before I ever started Crossfit, I was over 200 pounds, so I now get anxious and have bad self images of myself when I put a few pounds on.  

I have been running and doing yoga this summer, but I feel like I am ready for more now.  I am excited for this!  And for the support to keep my motivated!
