
Time is a precious commodity. So, let's not waste it. Preparation not only gets you started toward your goal, but it also strengthens your resolve.
Figure out when you are most stressed and eliminate those time obstacles. For example, if you know that you have meetings in the afternoon or after work that stretch your schedule and demand time and energy. Get moving in the morning. You might not be a morning person, but after a few days, you'll love how proud and confident you feel once you check-off that goal on your daily "To-Do" list. And "moving" in the morning is better than a cup of Joe to get your blood pumping!
