my weights up after another gout flare up and i have not exercised in over a month.  goodness me.

 

i think im about 170 now which is not good.  i want to get down to 160 as a new goal.  doable?  considering it.... but i'm hesitant to make the committment because i know how much work it's going to take.

 

still planning to do the la marathon in 6 months so maybe now is a good time to start training?  i dont know, feeling lazy.  i'll sleep on it!
