I try to eat pretty clean. Foods with not a lot of ingredients in them is the key. Here are some examples of what I eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
Breakfast:
- 1 slice of toasted whole wheat bread or english muffin with avocado and two over medium eggs and some salt and pepper. My favorite!
- Non-fat vanilla greek yogurt with granola
- Dannon Orkois greek yogurts are my favorite!
Lunch:
- Subway club sandwich on wheat (no cheese or mayo)
- Spinach salad with fruits, sunflower seeds (whatever fruits, nuts or seeds you have will work), and light balsamic vingearette.
- Tuna with avodado, and little bit of light mayo, onion and celery (sometimes I put cilantro and tomatos instead of the onion and celery) on wrap
- Chicken salad with avocado, dried crainberries, onion and celery
Dinner:
- Chicken chipotle lime soup
- Garlic Lemon Salmon with cous cous and veggies
- Shredded Chicken Tacos
- Garlic Lemon Tilapia
- Shrimp with avocado, tomato, cilantro and lime
- Chicken Stir Fry with brown rice
Snacks:
- Chocolate covered almonds
- Vanilla banana protien shake
- kale chips
- pretzels
- greek yogurt
- fruit
- baked apple chips
- Bruschetta
- Homemade salsa
