Well, I weighed myself yesterday and was super excited when the scale read 183.5! That would mean I was down by 4 pounds! Last night I was then blessed by the miracle that is menstruation... oh the joy. This morning I weighed myself and I was at 185.5. Such a bummer to see the scale move that direction. Although I know its probably water weight due to my period, it is still a little disheartening. But it's ok, I still rolled my crampy butt outta the bathroom, made myself a healthy breakfast and went to the gym.
Todays workout included exercises to help improve my vertical jump! I recently joined a co-ed indoor volleyball league with Clark, and since I am a girl they expect me just to set and pass. But thats not my style! I like to hit! So, if I'm going to hang with the guys, I gotta be able to jump higher so I can get my butt above the much higher mens net! I have a lot of work to do, but I am bound and determined to get it done!
