Goals for Francy’s Diet Bet 09/29 Thru 10/29

This month I will…

  1. Walk 500,000 steps and track using my Jawbone Up!
  2. Get comfortably into goal pants. (before pics taken!)
  3. Follow the Bite Size Fitness nutrition plan for the duration of the diet bet. I finished the Whole30 before, so I can do anything nutrition – one day – one meal at a time!
  4. Maintain a positive and journey versus the destination attitude!
