I am running my FIRST half marathon in just 3 short weeks. I have been very lazy with my nutrition and it had shown. I am back up in weight and tired of these numbers. I am devoting the next 3 weeks at minimum to getting back on track. I am doing a lot of strength and cardio (running) each week, so I know I am good there. I just need to eat healthy foods. So, here I go! Glad to have this group and diet bet as motivation!
