1. Workout at last 5 days a week,
2. Eat clean 80% of the time with 20% alotted for indulgences.
3. Start training for my first half marathon. Training begins 10/16/14, Half-Marathon is on 02/28/15 :)
4. Drink 1 gallon of water per day.
5. Lose 4-5% of my body weight in 28 days.
