Over the past 2 years, my weight has fluctuated. At my lowest- AND healthiest I weighed in at 131.6lbs. My start weight was 164lbs. It was an amazing weight loss year, I was building muscle, running 5k runs and overall just felt wonderful. I have climbed back up the scale this year, but have managed to stay under 150lbs. 

For me, weight loss is exercising and exercise makes me feel sooo good! I decided to return to diet bet to fuel the fire and motivate me to hit the gym and release the endorphins im craving.
