going to give this another try...I wish I could just adapt this consistent healthy lifestyle instead of falling off the wagon repeatedly!  I can't believe as recently as May I was 15 lbs less then I am today! I get complacent and stop caring and then my weight creeps up again.  Ideally I'd like to get to a healthy weight with a 5 lb leeway where I get back on track before it gets away on me.  Although I don't want to be a slave to the scale, lets face it..that number is as important as our BP and cholesterol numbers to our overall health.  I am going to take the emotion out of weight loss this time and look at in in that practical sense!
